Our purpose statement
Our Church exists to glorify God by exalting the Saviour by making more and
better disciples in our community and throughout the world. (Matt 28:18-20;
Eph 4:12-13; Col 1:28-29)
Our vision statementAs a body of believers the New Community Church has the following wholehearted commitments:
- We are together committed to do all for the glory of God and to worship Him both in spirit and truth.
- We are together committed to true evangelism that brings lost people into a personal relationship with God through repentance and faith in Christ.
- We are together committed to help every true believer develop as a fully-devoted follower of Christ.
- We are together committed to help develop each believer’s effectiveness in ministry according to their spiritual gifting.
- We are together committed to mobilising each believer for service in the area of mission God has called them to.
- We are together committed to the nurturing, protection and defence of the family unit as being ordained of God to be foundational for a healthy society.
