Not only is does God show His greatness in His creation of the world, but also in His sustaining of His creation.

To “bless” God is to extol the nature and works of God so that His reputation is further exalted.

All people will face some physical suffering and some anxiety over the world around them. What can man do in light of his frailty and the wickedness around him?

Ruling officials must fear the Lord and walk in His ways.

We show thanksgiving to God by publicly acknowledging His attributes and works and praising Him for them.

Our God is utterly different than anything in His creation. He is perfect and totally distinct from any created thing. He is great and awesome in His power. He is just and righteous in His actions. He is merciful in His love for His people, forgiving our sins.

We must strive to never let our praise become routine, for we have much to celebrate.

Rejoice in the present as you acknowledge the greatness of your God and Saviour Jesus Christ, and remember all that He has done for you.

The peoples of the world are called to glorify God as above all and worthy of honour.

From the highest mountains to the deepest abyss, He rules on High.
