But what about a prize, a reward, a goal, that has eternal value?

In other words the true gospel of Jesus Christ has been changed to mean something other than what it was intended by God to mean.

Oh that we might see our trials and afflictions as being “good” gifts from God so that we might lean more of God’s ways, His mind, His grace, His mercy, His compassion, His justice, His love, His sovereign rule and reign over our lives from His Word.

The core of the question is this - is Christian life an exercise in passive trust or active obedience?

In the midst of adversity, even when our lives and the lives of those we love are at threat, God knows our days, He continues to work out His purposeful plan - and that should be a great joy and comfort for us.

For those who follow Christ, we are called to submit every area of our lives to His lordship—including how we use social media. 

The gospel is not only about our rescue from the clutches of a future Hell but also our journey from salvation on earth, to Heaven!

To have a right attitude is vital for Christian living. This is not only pleasing to God, but the bonus for us is, that it allows the believer to enjoy the comforts and blessings of being in Christ here on earth - no matter what the circumstances.

We love the truth of the gospel and all that it means for us and for sinners, but to go the next step and share it is another story!

Faith and obedience are a work of God in the heart and life of any person who genuinely believes in Jesus Christ.
