What we program our minds with will eventually influence our behaviour.

Every spiritual resource is ours. Even in times of sorrow and trouble, God’s blessing rests on us.

The sovereign and effective plan of God is to redeem sinners out of all nations for His glory through His eternal and beloved Son, who paid in full the redemption cost demanded, as a substitute for sinners.

We can easily live life “under the sun” as though God did not exist. Yet it is He who is in full control and orders all moments of time! He even appoints every second and every event of our personal lives.

Christmas is all about Jesus - who was born to die! And that is exactly what God intended and planned from eternity past in order to redeem His people. 

The crucified Son of God, Jesus Christ, died for sinners and was raised for our justification.

Sin blinds us to the ‘foul ground’ where spiritual shipwreck is inevitable.

God instituted marriage between a man and a woman so that children could be born and the family consisting of Mum, Dad and the children can reflect something of the glory of God in this family setting. 

How we need to return and repent, whenever our hearts are drawn away from the Lord so to worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth and know His blessing. 

We tend so often to just coast along waiting for God to do something wonderful and even redemptive in people’s lives while we ourselves are not really ‘on board’ or living out faithfully, Jesus Christ.
