This ‘tribe’ are those who have been saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is our supreme Lord. He is the center of everything that exists. He is the center of our lives, our existence and reason for living.

The true gospel demands that, as we have been forgiven through the cross work of Jesus - we are to take up our cross and follow Him.

... the Lord who has the last say and if He so pleases, can intervene and turn our plans on their head - in order to bring about his sovereign purposes!

We know that God is ever faithful… but it is our faithfulness that He is pleased in and uses for His glory!

The Saviour who was a babe in a manger became the joy, peace and hope-giving Saviour when He paid for our sin in His death on the cross. Its only through believing in His cross-work we can have joy, peace and hope! 

Jesus - God’s kindness is our Deliverer, Saviour, Redeemer and King, He is kindness personified.

Contentment is one of the most distinguishing traits of the godly person, because a godly person has his heart focused on God rather than on possessions or position or power.

Why is it so easy to formulate, and then perhaps even verbalise a judgmental opinion when we see someone make different choices in life than we would?

For the believer it is imperative that we are discerning, because so much of our earthly engagement has eternal consequences at stake.
